HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email notification.
HELP! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Contact us - we will get it sorted for you! If your order has been dispatched with DPD Local, we can track and trace it using their online system.
Please note: Orders placed after 12am on a Thursday will be processed on the following Monday as the last shipment goes out midday Thursday and our packing team are off for the weekend.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALY?
Due to transitions regarding Brexit, we are currently unable to offer shipping international for direct customers.
