HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email notification.
HELP! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Contact us - we will get it sorted for you! If your order has been dispatched with DPD Local, we can track and trace it using their online system.
Please note: If you have ordered after 2pm on a Friday, your parcel will be processed the following Monday as our packing staff will be off for the weekend. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
