HOW WILL MY PARCEL BE SENT?
UK MAINLAND
Postage cost is £5.50 for orders under £50 and for orders over £50, it is free. Express delivery is our only available option for all orders.
Orders placed after 12am on a Thursday will be processed on the following Monday as the last shipment goes out midday Thursday and our packing team are off for the weekend.
Should the item not arrive within 5 days please contact your local sorting office to ensure that they are not holding the item for you.
Replacements for undelivered orders won't be possible until after this time scale (please note they do not deliver on a Saturday).
Please see below for a list of Postcodes which Our Couriers do not count as UK Mainland and therefore charge us extra.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification from us confirming it’s on the way. You’ll also get tracking updates directly from DPD, including a one-hour delivery window so you’ll know exactly when to expect your package.
All orders are shipped via express service, and most arrive the next working day once processed.
HELP! I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PARCEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
