HOW WILL MY PARCEL BE SENT?
UK MAINLAND
Postage costs £5.50 for orders under £50, and is free for orders over £50. Express UK delivery is our only available shipping option.
Orders placed after 12:00 midday on a Thursday will be processed the following Monday, as our last shipment goes out midday Thursday and our packing team are off over the weekend.
Should your item not arrive within 5 days, please contact your local sorting office to check they aren't holding it for you.
Replacements for undelivered orders won't be possible until after this timescale. Please note couriers do not deliver on Saturdays.
Some postcodes are not classed as UK Mainland by our couriers and are charged at a different rate — see below.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification confirming it's on the way. You'll also get tracking updates directly from DPD, including a one-hour delivery window, so you'll know exactly when to expect your package.
All orders are shipped via express service, with most arriving the next working day once processed.
HELP! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, please check your tracking link for the latest updates on your delivery.
