We’ve teamed up with Klarna to give you more flexibility at checkout.

Choose Klarna at checkout and you can spread the cost of your purchase, or pay later, depending on the options available to you. It’s quick, straightforward and all managed securely through Klarna.

How does Klarna work?

Using Klarna is simple:

1. Add your favourites to your basket
Shop as usual and head to checkout when you’re ready.

2. Choose Klarna at checkout
Select Klarna as your payment method. The payment options available to you will be shown at checkout.

3. Choose how you’d like to pay
Depending on your order and eligibility, you may be able to pay immediately, pay later, or split your purchase into instalments.

4. Manage your payments with Klarna
Klarna will let you know when payments are due, and you can manage your payments through the Klarna app or online.

Pay in 3

Want to spread the cost?

With Pay in 3, your purchase is split into three payments. The first payment is taken when your order is placed, with the remaining two payments taken 30 and 60 days later.

You can see your upcoming payments in the Klarna app and pay early if you choose. Pay in 3 is a credit product and is subject to Klarna’s approval and terms.

Pay later

Prefer to pay once you’ve received your order?

Where available, Pay later in 30 days lets you receive your purchase and pay up to 30 days later. You’ll receive payment instructions from Klarna, and you can manage your payment online or through the Klarna app.

Is Klarna safe?

Yes. Klarna handles the payment process securely, so your payment details aren’t transferred to or stored by us. Your payment information is processed by Klarna using secure connections.

What do I need to use Klarna?

You’ll need to provide some basic information, such as your name, address and email address. Depending on the payment option and order, Klarna may also ask for additional information.

Klarna assesses each purchase individually, so not every payment option will necessarily be available for every order.

What if I return my order?

No need to worry. If you return or cancel an order and we accept the return or cancellation, Klarna will update or cancel your payment accordingly.

A few things to know

Klarna’s payment options are subject to eligibility, approval and terms. Pay in 3 is a credit product, so you should make sure you can afford the scheduled payments before choosing it. Klarna may carry out a credit search when you apply for certain products.
