Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Once an item has been opened or used, we are unable to process a return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.

While we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery, we understand that this can occasionally happen. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we will file a complaint with the delivery company on your behalf to prevent future issues.

Refunds (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Any items you are returning are your responsibility until they reach, please make sure you use an appropriate postage method.
