Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how recurring subscription orders work when you subscribe to eligible products from Chemical Warfare. Our subscriptions are managed through Recurpay and are subject to this policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns Policy.

By starting a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy and authorise us to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled.

1. How subscriptions work

When you select a subscription option, the product will be delivered automatically at the frequency displayed and selected before checkout. The subscription price, any applicable discount, delivery charge and billing frequency will be shown before you complete your first order.

Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel it. There is no need to place a new order for each delivery.

Subscription options are available only on selected products. Available products, prices, discounts and delivery frequencies may change from time to time.

2. Recurring payments

Your first payment is taken when you place your initial subscription order. Future payments are charged automatically to the payment method linked to your subscription on each scheduled renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Chemical Warfare and its payment providers to take recurring payments for your subscription orders. The amount charged will include the price of the subscription products, applicable delivery charges and any taxes shown at checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date. You can review your next scheduled renewal and manage your payment details through the subscription management portal.

3. Subscription pricing and discounts

Any subscription discount will be shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, a subscription discount applies only while the subscription remains active and only to products included in that subscription.

One-off discount codes, promotional offers, free gifts and other incentives may not apply to recurring orders unless the relevant promotion expressly says that they do.

We may change product prices or subscription discounts in the future. Where a change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice before the new price is charged. If you do not wish to continue at the revised price, you may cancel before the next renewal date.

4. Renewal notifications

Your subscription management portal shows your upcoming order and renewal information. Where enabled, we may also send subscription, renewal, payment or account notifications by email.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address attached to your subscription is correct and to review your upcoming renewal date. Not receiving or reading a reminder does not automatically cancel a scheduled renewal.

5. Managing your subscription

You can access your subscription management portal through your Chemical Warfare customer account or the secure link provided in your subscription emails.

Depending on the options available for your subscription, the portal may allow you to:

• view upcoming orders and renewal dates;

• skip an upcoming order;

• change the next order date;

• update your delivery address or contact details;

• update eligible products or quantities;

• update your payment details; and

• cancel your subscription.

Changes must be completed before the next renewal payment is processed. A change made after a renewal has been charged will normally apply to the following subscription cycle.

6. Skipping an order

You may skip an upcoming order through the subscription management portal. Skipping postpones that order to the next scheduled date; it does not cancel the subscription.

The subscription remains active and recurring payments will resume on the date shown in your portal. Please check the updated renewal date after submitting a skip request.

7. Pausing a subscription

Customer-managed pausing is not currently available through the Recurpay portal. If you need a longer break, you can skip an upcoming order, cancel the subscription or contact our customer service team to ask whether another option is available.

8. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Cancellation stops future renewal orders and payments; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or charged.

To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your portal. Once cancelled, the subscription cannot simply be resumed through the portal. If you wish to subscribe again, you may need to create a new subscription.

If you have trouble cancelling, email info@chemical-warfare.com before your next renewal date. Please include the name and email address connected to the subscription. We will not ask you to provide full card details by email.

9. Failed or declined payments

If a recurring payment fails because of an expired card, insufficient funds or another payment issue, Recurpay or our payment provider may retry the payment automatically. You may receive an email asking you to update your payment details or resolve the issue.

Your subscription order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised. If payment cannot be collected after the permitted retry attempts, the order may not be created and the subscription may be cancelled or become inactive.

10. Product availability

Subscription products remain subject to availability. If a product is temporarily unavailable when a renewal is due, we may delay the order, contact you about an alternative, skip the affected order or refund the unavailable item, depending on the circumstances.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. We may discontinue a subscription product or subscription option by providing reasonable notice where possible.

11. Delivery

Recurring orders are delivered to the address saved against the subscription at the time the renewal order is processed. Updating the address in your general customer account may not automatically update an existing subscription, so please check the delivery address shown in the subscription portal.

Delivery charges and available services are shown when the subscription is created and may be updated in accordance with our Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates begin once an order has been processed and dispatched.

We are not responsible for an order sent to an incorrect or outdated address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error after renewal, contact us immediately; we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing has begun.

12. Returns, refunds and renewal orders

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns Policy. Eligible products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and returned within the applicable returns period.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements, used products and products with a broken seal cannot be returned unless they are faulty or your legal rights provide otherwise.

Cancelling a subscription does not cancel a renewal order that has already been charged or processed. If you wish to return a processed renewal order, contact info@chemical-warfare.com and follow our standard returns procedure. Return postage costs may apply.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment-provider and bank processing times may vary.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Subscription Policy to reflect changes to our subscription service, Recurpay functionality, business practices or legal obligations. The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Any material change affecting an active subscription will apply in accordance with applicable law. Where appropriate, we will give advance notice and explain any action you may need to take.
